At this time, I accept Paypal only.
If you wish to purchase using a credit card or e-check, you may do so via Paypal without having a Paypal account. I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be canceled after three days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me.
All items are shipped within 2 to 7 days of payment clearing and will be shipped to your paypal address only.
SHIPPING
Before purchasing something from our Lariat rope section, please contact me. I will need to send you an invoice via Paypal to reflect shipping charges.
My handmade soap is accurate for shipping. 1-2 bars of soap are shipped via USPS. 3 or more are shipped Priority Mail, this is due to weight restrictions. Delivery confirmation is sent with each purchase. I will email it to you and you can track your package if you would like. This is particularly helpful for those who have ordered soap and live in hot regions.
Most purchase will arrive within 7-10 days but I cannot control our USPS. Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received.
RETURNS
Whether you are requesting a refund or return, items must be returned to me in the condition you received them in (new, unused) within seven (7) days of reception. Please contact me before sending any returns.
SOAP RETURNS
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on soaps. Thank you for your understanding.
LOST PACKAGES
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me asap so we can start attempting to track it down. We are not responsible for lost packages. If you are afraid that your package may get lost or damaged then please buy insurance on it. I can add that to your paypal invoice and send it to you.
